Double Play
Double Play is a way of relating to Friends and Loved Ones through a Mixture of Partner Yoga, Contact Improv (Dance), Mutual Massage, Strength Training, Moving Meditation, Supportive Wrestling, and Harmonious Nurturing . Typical Double Play involves spontaneously cycling through these different modes as the energy continues to move through emotional and energetic states of being together.
It’s a way to engage with a friend that evokes the Spirit of Play, Healing, & Connection in its many forms.
This practice offers many of the same benefits of Double Yoga, including Balance, Strength, Flexibility, Nurturance, & Harmony, but achieve these states through various movement games, spontaneity, and improv scores.
